Obituary of Major Eleanor Johnson (ret.)

Eleanor had a long and illustrious career across Canada in The Salvation Army providing health care and building hospitals.

She passed away peacefully at Woods Park Home, Barrie on Satuday, October 29, 2022 at 95 years of age. Beloved daughter of late Major Erwin and late Mrs. Major Dinah Johnson. Dear sister of Jennie Pyper. Dear aunt of John David Pyper, and Rev. Jennie Ruth (Rev. Kenneth) Roguszka.

A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held at The Salvation Army, 151 Lillian Cres., Barrie on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11 a.m.

In Eleanor's memory, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
