Thinking of Eleanor bring back so many special memories and blessings. Our first meeting goes back to when The Training College did League of Mercy visiting during Christmas and Major Eleanor was the Chaplain there. She was wonderful, so caring and so humble. Over the years our paths crossed and it was always a pleasure. The few years when retired in Toronto until her move to her sister in Barrie we had the opportunity of driving her to special Officer events and again she was such a blessing, so appreciative and so humble. She is now being honoured with her final Promotion- to Glory, in the presence of the Lord she served so faithfully, so joyfully. We have been influenced by her,Spirit and compassion.
