Steve, Jeanne & Family,
As we reflect on the memories we've shared over the years, one particular moment stands out vividly in our minds.
It's the memory of Carole and her unique way of welcoming us into her home. I can still picture her insisting that we take off our hats as we entered the house, or sometimes she would do it for us, holding onto them until we were ready to leave. It was such a small gesture, yet it spoke volumes about her warmth and how she treated us like her own kids.
I hope recalling this memory brings a little smile to your faces amidst the grief you're experiencing over the loss of Carole..

I was deeply saddened to hear Carole's passing, and I want to extend my sincerest condolences to you both.
Unfortunately, I must also share that I am not feeling well now due to a minor ailment. It's with regret that I won't be able to attend the funeral to pay my respects in person. Please know that my absence doesn't diminish the depth of my sympathy for you both during this time of grief.
On Friday, the day of the funeral, I will take some time to reflect on all the wonderful memories we've shared over the years. Our moments together have been cherished, and they will remain close to my heart.

Deeply Sadden with loss of a dear friend and colleague that I will truly miss. Stories of out on the water boating and going for a dip off the side. Her love of gardening, if someone else was doing the work, LOL. The milestones stories of her children, grandchildren and her family that we will no longer hear about. Her quick wit and dry humour and knowledge of a few systems or two will have us all wondering. I will miss you my dear friend, RIP. Until we meet again. Condolences to her husband Steve and all of the family in their loss. May God give you strength and guidance for the days ahead.

I remember meeting Carole in high school. She sat behind me. We quickly became friends and continued to be so into adulthood. I have many many memories. Steve and Carole always had an open door policy. When life was getting tough I would go and visit them and recharge my batteries. Carole and I would go to flea markets. On one such trip Carole, Jamie and I went to one. There was construction and we tried it follow the detours but got lost. Carole grabbed a paper map showed approximately where on the map and you can guide me out. Those that know me know I have no sense of direction and after several attempts of me trying she gave the map to Jaimie who was nine and got us out. Carole would love to tease me and retell others of that time. I will miss her teasing. Rest well my friend. Love Cheryl and Roger

Thank you for sharing this picture of Carole. I will carry this in my heart. We would always ask each other in the spring...me: is the boat in yet? and Carole: are the motorcycles out yet? Now I know exactly what her love of boating was all about! RIP Carole!

Words can't express how sad I feel about Carole's passing. My deepest condolences to Steve, Jeanne and the entire family. She wasn't just a great mother, grandmother, and sister, but also an amazing person. I will always remember our great conversations, and her wise perspective.
