Obituary of Harold Harrison

Harold peacefully passed away at Grove Park Home, Barrie on Saturday, February 3, 2024. Harold Harrison of Barrie and formerly a long time resident of Mt. Albert in his 92nd year.

Beloved husband of late Ruth (Stiles). Loving father of Peggy (John) Graham, late Wayne, Gerry (Roberta), Wendy Guiden, Richard (Kathy), Lee (Don) Geertsema, Glen (Lisa) and John (Cathy) LaChapelle. Harold will be lovingly remembered by his 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dear brother of late Jeanette (Orville) Jordan, Ann (late Angus) Morton, Margaret (Douglas) Jackson, late William (Irene), late David (late Helen) and James (Nancy). Also survived by his sister-in-law Shirley Stiles. Harold will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 19153 Centre St., Mt. Albert on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 2-5 p.m. A celebration of Harold's life will be held at the Mt. Albert Lion's Community Centre, 5057 Mt. Albert Rd., Mt. Albert on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 3 p.m.  

In Harold's memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
