Obituary of Mary Matos

Peacefully passed away, surrounded by her loving family at Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 61 years of age.

Beloved wife of Tony, Loving mom of Anthony and Sara (Justin). Proud grandma of Josie. Dear sister of Sue and Carrie. Dear sister-in-law of Maria (John) Mete and Elizabeth (late Paulo Jorge) Cabral. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Monday, January 15, 2024 from 5-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.

In Mary's memory, donations may be made to Princess Margaret Hospital or Margaret Bahen Hospice.
