Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 72 years of age. Beloved husband of Donna Row Garand. Loving father of Joseph (Darcie) Garand. Proud Papa of Marloe, Felix and Stella. Cherished son of Donalda and late Lambert Garand. Dear brother of Donna and Carole. Lifelong best friend of Rick Robertson.
