Dear Christine and family,
Sincere condolences on the passing of your mother, Nadia, who was lovely—a wonderful cook, generous hostess and very funny person (especially when pretending to be angry with your late father).One afternoon when visiting your parents’ home in Bond Head, while my husband and son were off with your father, your mother shared with me something of her life during WW II and her family’s decision to come to Canada. That was so meaningful. I will remember her fondly.
