Obituary of Carl Alexander Sturgeon

Carl peacefully passed away at Matthews House Hospice in Alliston on Sunday, November 18, 2018. Carl Sturgeon of Harriston and formerly of Bradford at 87 years of age. Beloved husband of Frances (nee Forbes). Loving father of Sam, Derrick and Mac (Tanja). Cherished grandpa of Nathan, Trischa and Jodi. Proud great grandpa of Aliyah. Survived by his brother Ron and sister Arlene and predeceased by his daughter Sandra, brothers John, Earl, Vern and sister Joan. Carl will also be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. A celebration of Carl’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 171, 111 Dufferin St. S., Alliston (Lounge Room) on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 12:30 – 3 p.m. In Carl’s memory, donations may be made to Matthews House Hospice.
