Dear Bill,
Judith is a part of of my memories of growing up in Peterborough. I loved Judith's sense of fun, playing with her at her Weller Street home in Peterborough, sitting at the more formal dinners in the dining room and enjoying her parents. I particularly remember their log cabin on the Mississauga river and thought it to be the bets type of cottage by the riverside ever in it's hand hewn simplicity. It was so good that you and Judith found comfort in life with each other and that gave us, her friends a kind of satisfaction. You have your own memories and be assured that we had a very special group that knew each others parents, homes and brothers or sisters and could quickly be back in sharing our life with all it's challenges. May the Lord God bless you and keep you and give you His peace and assurance that she will be immersed in His glorious love and be there to greet you. Read John 14 and be comforted.
With sympathy for your deep loss,
Alma Beston (Boate)

Dear Bill
I was so sorry to hear from Barbara McGregor that Judith has passed away. Judith and Barbara and the rest of our group were friends from age 7 or so. We went through elementary and secondary school together and often got together in Toronto. We knew her family and went to the cottage and had parties and sleepovers at her house on Weller St. We reconnected several years ago and had got together at Barb's and Sheila's homes.
Almost all of us were there including Judy from Vancouver who flew in to see everyone. We were all so glad to see Judith again. It had taken a long time to track her down and I am so happy that we did.
You have my sincere sympathy.
Judith loved you very much.
