Obituary of Kaitlyn Phyllis Wise

Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 20 years of age. Beloved daughter of Ersilia DiSimone (Nicholas Galgay) and David Wise (Sandy Randell). Loving sister of Katrina and Nicholas; Ella, Aiden and Jeremy. Cherished granddaughter of Marian and Vito DiSimone; Barry and late Marilyn Wise. Dear niece of Antonio (Renata) DiSimone and Debbie Wise. Kaitlyn will be fondly remembered by many family and friends. Memorial Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. followed by a celebration of Kaitlyn’s life at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford from 1-3 p.m. In Kaitlyn’s memory, donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation.
