Obituary of Joan Elizabeth Griffiths

Peacefully passed away at Bradford Valley Long Term Care on Monday, April 6, 2015. Joan Griffiths (nee McVicar) of Gilford in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Bill Griffiths. Dear sister of late Gladys McVicar-Finan (late Thomas), late John (late Joyce) McVicar and late David (Maureen) McVicar. Dear sister-in-law of late Dan Griffiths, Anne (Loch) Jack, late Doris (Art) Jack and late Don (Ellie) Griffiths. Joan will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and their families. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Gilford United Church, 1477 Gilford Rd., Gilford on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 1 p.m. followed by cremation. In Joan�s memory, donations may be made to the Gilford United Church.
