Obituary of Henk Van Der Giessen

Peacefully passed away, after a courageous battle with cancer at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Saturday, June 28, 2014. Henk Van Der Giessen of Holland Landing at 91 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Linda (Lyntje).  Loving dad of Cathy, Anita (David) and Hank (Kim). Proud Opa of Erin, Sean; Jonathan, Jenna and Meghan. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 11 a.m. until the time of a funeral service held in the Chapel at 12 noon. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
