Obituary of Jeff Cook

Peacefully passed away after a short illness on Monday, December 19, 2011.  Jeff Cook of Vancouver, B.C. and formerly of Barrie at 43 years of age.  Beloved son of Barbara and the late Phil Cook.  Dear brother of Debbie (Rob) Collings, Chris Cook and Kim Cook (Brian).  Loving uncle of Jessica Collings.  Jeff will also be fondly remembered by his relatives and friends.  At Jeff�s request, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, Bradford.
