Obituary of Evelyn Margaret Bennett

Peacefully after a short illness at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Friday, December 23, 2011.  Evelyn Bennett (nee Manion) of Barrie and formerly of Newmarket and Aurora in her 100th year.  Beloved wife of the late Frederick.  Loving mother of Georgina Bowser (Fred Branton), Bill (Renate Plytnik and late Shirley), late Velvena (Desmond) Burke, Glenn (Joanne), Marlene (John) Briers and Vivian (Paul) Artymko. Lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings Olive Ellis, Martin, Austin and Helena McKweon. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd, Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held at the St. John Chrysostom Church, 432 Ontario St., Newmarket on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 11 a.m.  Interment at St. John Cemetery, Newmarket.  Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
