Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Friday, December 9, 2011. Sarah van der Laan (nee Johnson) of Holland Landing at 77 years of age. Beloved wife of late Gosse �Slim� van der Laan. Loving mother of William (Robina), Susan (Stephen) Abercrombie, Karen (Randy) Foster, Margaret van der Laan and Diane van der Laan (Gino Devuono). Dear grandmother of Jen, Brad and Joe van der Laan; Eric Abercrombie; Drew, Dillon and Ronni Foster; Marieka Devuono and Hunter van der Laan. Dear great grandmother of Ashley, Meaghan and Quilliam. Lovingly remembered by her siblings and their families.
