Peacefully passed away in the Palliative Care Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Friday, April 1, 2011. Hazel Maven (nee Elden) of Bradford at 77 years of age. Beloved wife of David for 50 years. Loving mother of Ian and Kevin. Loving aunt of Karen Gough. Cherished grandma of Krystal (BJ), Shawna, Jessica, Katherine, DJ, Alexander, Georgena and Vanessa. Proud great grandma of Owin, Davin, Julia and Ella. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for a memorial visitation on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Memorial service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 11 a.m. In Hazel�s memory, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket.
