Obituary of Nell de Valk

Peacefully passed away with family at her side at Bradford Valley on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 93 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Jan de Valk. Loving mother of Robert (Erina), Jon (Dena), Cathy (Johan) Schenk, Edward (Clarrissa) and Joanne (Jim) Nasmith. Proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Nell was a well known, friendly member of the Bradford community working along side her husband at the Bradford Paint and Wallpaper store, a family owned business for over 30 years. She was an active member of the Springdale Christian Reformed Church. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Bradford Valley for the loving care that Nell received. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Memorial service will be held at the Springdale Christian Reformed Church, 1466 5th Sideroad, Bradford on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 1 p.m.
