Obituary of Walter Nelson Browning

Peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by his family on Sunday, February 10, 2013. Walter Browning of Churchill in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Grace (nee Noble) for 59 years. Wonderful Dad to Suzanne (Tim) Wright, Janice Corrigan, Louise (Albert) Costa, Larry (Linda) Browning, Donna-Marie (Paul) Risebrough and Lisa (Wayne) Michael. Loving grandpa and poppa to Stephanie, Jason; Jessica, Ryan; Shannon, Brooke; Brandon, Kaitlyn, Jordan; Joshua, Jeffery and Zackery. Proud great grandpa of Matthew, Tyler, Katelyn and Alissa. Walter will be sadly missed by his cat Jasper. Dear brother of late Russel (Dolly) Browning, late Ruth (Harvey) Young and Doris (Johnny) Harradine. Walter will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Special thanks to niece Shirley (Dave), cousin Marvin (Moira), Rev. Glen Eagle, nurses Henny and Marietta, Dr. Collins and Dr. Kamra. Friends may call at the Churchill United Church, Yonge St., Churchill, for a memorial visitation on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Masonic Service will be held under the auspices of the Minerva Lodge, A.F. & A.M. No. 304, G.R.C., Stroud on Tuesday at the Church at 6:45 p.m. A celebration of Walter�s life will be held at the Church on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Churchill United Church.
