Obituary of Stephen Clyde Penney

Peacefully passed away with family at his side at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Tuesday, January 1, 2013.  Stephen Penney of Stroud and formerly of Weston at 85 years of age.  Beloved husband of Edith (nee Gillard) for 62 years.  Loving dad of Sharon (Cosimo) Fuda, Deborah Burroughs (Rick), Stephen (Darlene), Dale Durocher (Glenn), Paula Penney (Louis Carrasco-Cortes) and Michelle (Ralf) Zimmer. Proud �Pops� of 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Flora, Les, Dolph, Christine and predeceased by Bill, Rob, Malc, Mona and Norma.  Stephen will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews.  Stephen will also be sadly missed by his dog Skippy.  Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for a visitation on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 1 p.m. until time of a funeral service in the Chapel at 2 p.m., followed by cremation.  In Stephen�s memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Deafblind Association, Ontario Chapter.
