Peacefully passed away at Dufferin Oaks Home for Senior Citizens in Shelburne on Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Ray Rand formerly of Bradford at 73 years of age. Beloved son of the late Arthur and late Clara Rand. Dear brother of Cliff Rand, late Barbara Rand, Audrey Woodard and Cathy West. Raymond will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews.
